These are great places to ask questions as we assess your physical, mental, and emotional progress. Our monthly check-ins will be live on Zoom so you get face time and real-time feedback from your coach.

The Defined Fitness and Nutrition app delivers your nutrition plan, workouts, and demo videos to ensure proper form and lower the risk of injury. You can also use it to stay in touch with your coach.
