I’m so excited to kick off this challenge! Here are a few things before we get started:
What to expect: In the next few weeks we will be working as a team to:
A 3-week program to kick start your journey to YOUR specific goals- Determine your own goal and understand what’s needed to get there.
Create healthy habits - Together we will do things like meal prep, plan around potential roadblocks, incorporate workouts into our schedule, enjoy “cheats”, and learn how to find balance while still taking strides towards our goals.
Learn about how to use nutrition to fuel your workouts and yield the best results
Get competitive! There will be ways to earn points. Every week a leader board will be sent out and yes there is a GRAND PRIZE at the end….it’s pretty sweet!

How it works:
Step 1: Determine your goal. Are you looking to put on lean muscle OR are you looking to lose fat? There will be a plan ready for you on the page.
EVERY DAY YOU STICK TO YOUR PLAN (WITHIN 5 MACROS) YOU EARN 5 POINTS
Step 2: Posted on the page you can find your workouts. There will be 3 Workouts posted each week
EACH COMPLETED WORKOUT IS WORTH 1 POINT
Step 3: Check the site daily for updates, new ways to earn points, and helpful tips
Step 4: Track your progress! The best way to stay motivated is to see your results! Your progress sheets are PRIVATE so nobody will see your personal information (they are for your eyes only)
Step 5: GRAND PRIZE
The person with the most points at the end of the challenge will win a SHAPED BY SCHOLL gift basket which includes: SBS swag, 1 FREE personal training session (live or virtual) 1 FREE month of 1:1 online fitness & nutrition coaching!
