Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats

For all you busy bee’s, I have found preparing breakfast the night before is SUPER helpful! Take the stress and mess out of the picture, and leave yourself no excuses to start your day off right. Overnight oats are a great option for morning meals/snacks packed with carbohydrates that will provide you with energy to start your day, fiber to keep you feeling full longer, and good bacteria that will help maintain gut health and give you a little protein boost! 

Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats:

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ¾ cup vanilla Greek yogurt (I LOVE the Two Good brand)

  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 Tbs Truvia

  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions:

In a jar, combine all of the ingredients until well-combined. Cover and chill overnight. Enjoy your delicious ready made breakfast in the morning!
